Upcoming CCIM Courses

I recommend for everyone learn more, and get into the upcoming CCIM course CI191. It teaches about Cap Rates, IRR, etc. The coursed teaches the before and after-tax implications of investing in any income-producing real estate retail, office, industrial, or residential apartments.

Courses are available at https://www.ccim.com and see Education

Both online and in-class courses.

I have never had one person regret getting into a CI 101 course in over thirty years recommending.

The course will benefit you and your customers for the rest of your life.
