Gary Nusca, CCIM, CIPS, is the founder of The Market ICIWorld Commercial Real Estate Network (ICIWorld.com since 1994) located in Toronto, Ontario, a global service platform for networking and sharing of exclusive Real Estate opportunities shared confidentially worldwide and marketing listings globally for the Commercial and Residential Real Estate industry.

In one respect, it is similar to real estate classified ads in a newspaper but provided by real estate brokers and salespeople in an organized fashion. The service started from networking sessions conducted in CCIM Chapter Breakfast Meetings conducted at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board with information such as CCIMs, SEC members and other networks and companies conduct what is called Have and Want marketing sessions. Similar to what other chapters in the USA, Canada and the world may conduct from time to time.

It is also an excellent entry way for all salespeople to start to learn more how to do commercial real estate along with the CCIM programs that Gary suggests every broker and salesperson in the world consider, particularly CI 101 to get started.

Gary’s limitation is age and energy and he believes it is up to the young people in the industry to recognize this service as a world service. Yes websites and displays can all be improved and should However the database is working beautifully helping brokers connect to do transactions he things over double the $1 Billion because there is not requirement to report sales. Againg it is much like classified ads in a newspaper with specialized fields and a way of conducting business in a confidential fashion to interest buyers in a confidential manner that sellers are requesting or do not want to give a signed listing at the moment to a salesperson.

He is the Past Conference Chairman of the 1999 CCIM International Commercial Real Estate Conference at the Toronto Harbour Castle Hotel and Convention Center with delegates from Canada, USA and all over the world. Culminating in a night on Torontos waterfront on a yacht enjoying the evening to the sounds of the Symphony of Fire music presentation.

He is the Past President of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter and has served in many capacities for over 20 years, meeting at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board and membership chairman for many years. 

All of this was possible because of the team work of many people. 

He is the Past President of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees. 

He is the Past Chairman of Hamilton’s 125th Anniversary Committee with the Jaycees (Junior Chamber of Commerce), which over 100,000+ people attended. Jaycees is leadership training of young men and women through community and charitable projects. 

He has organized, conducted, and attended Have and Want marketing sessions at CCIM, SEC, CIPS, and others where over $200,000,000 worth of Real Estate has been presented over a one-day session, nationally, internationally and locally in the USA and Canada.

At one point early in career before real estate he promoted music concerts motivated by making people happy.

He specializes in helping Real Estate Professionals serve the Public to help them buy and sell Real Estate utilizing the Internet to learn and teach how to network commercial Real Estate Have and Want information to connect with others to do business.
