When you search the Wants, the initial display shows are Wants that are less than ninety days old.

 

 

No broker will drive around people for days and months, finally find a property, and then find out that their buyer is not qualified. That is simply stupid. Everyone has business and family expenses and needs to work with a qualified buyer.

We only display the ninety-day-old listings first because they are the freshest, up-to-date ones ready, willing and able to buy today. The have/want age is the date the broker placed the ad. If the broker did not update their information, the buyer could still be looking, and you would miss out. For that reason, we suggest changing the age of the listing to any age to ensure you do not miss a potential buyer and the networking opportunity with that broker. Haves are the properties for sale and for lease. 

 

Again, we only display the HAVES that are less than 90 days old initially. If you do not want to go further back to search, you do not have to. However, the property or business could still be available; you would miss it simply because the broker did not update their information to keep it less than 90 days old. So we recommend expanding the age to any age to ensure you do not miss out, and for networking purposes. Remind the member to update their information.
