1st run Absolutely—so I mocked up a clean, mobile-first redesign that keeps all your existing search links but presents them in a modern UI (search bar, region tabs, A-Z filter, and “chip” links for categories/keywords).
I dropped a complete single-file HTML in the canvas for you (open it on the right). You can paste it as-is to replace the current page, or embed the main parts inside WordPress/Themify.
Quick notes to wire it up:
* City links: in the code, look for `CITY_LINKS_HTML`. Paste the full list of your existing “Cities in Ontario” links there (I preloaded many to get you started). It preserves your current result URLs like the ones for **Ajax** and the **Apartment** categories. ([iciworld.net][1])
* Category cards: the buttons under **Apartment Buildings**, **Shopping Centers**, and **Industrial** already point to your live result endpoints (Wants/Haves). You can add more cards by copying that pattern. The endpoints mirror what’s on your legacy page. ([iciworld.net][2])
* Keyword chips: I included popular keywords (Auto Related, Golf Courses, Hotels, Motels, NNN/Triple Net, etc.) from the current page—they’re editable in the `KEYWORDS` array. ([iciworld.net][2])
