Four Ways Your Membership Can Effectively Pay for Itself
Our goal is to help every member obtain enough savings or business value to more than offset the cost of membership.

All annual ICIWorld membership options include our VIP Corporate Discount Card, providing access to available discounts on eligible products and services.
You could save as much as or more than your membership fee on purchases before you earn a single dollar in real estate commissions.
If your savings equal or exceed the membership cost, your membership has effectively paid for itself. You can continue using eligible discounts throughout the year.
2. Complete a Real Estate Transaction
ICIWorld helps brokers and salespeople make connections involving residential, industrial, commercial, investment and business opportunities. One successful commission may exceed many years of membership fees.
3. Earn a Real Estate Referral Fee
You do not have to personally specialize in every type of real estate. You may identify an opportunity and refer the client or prospect to another qualified broker or salesperson, subject to applicable laws and compensation agreements.
4. Introduce Another Member to ICIWorld
Help us build a stronger worldwide real estate network. One qualifying new member referral can reduce your standard annual renewal from $480 to $240. Additional qualifying referrals can add three months each to your membership term.

MLS shares listings. ICIWorld’s Information Listing Service (ILS) shares opportunities, including Haves, Wants and information that may not yet be on MLS.

A residential salesperson asked a dentist whether he would consider selling his practice for the right price.

Understanding Your Membership Renewal
We want our membership pricing to be straightforward, affordable and rewarding for members who help grow the network.
Standard Annual Renewal — $480
After the $240 introductory 15-month term, the regular annual renewal is $480 for 12 months unless you qualify for a discounted option.
Referral Renewal — $240
Refer one qualifying new broker or salesperson who joins ICIWorld and receive a 50% reduction on your standard annual renewal, bringing it to $240 for 12 months. Additional qualifying referrals can add three months each.
Limited Loyalty Automatic Renewal — $319
To recognize eligible existing members and encourage early participation in building our worldwide network, ICIWorld offers a limited $319 annual automatic-renewal option to eligible members, including qualifying members under our first-500-member program.
This option helps eligible members maintain a preferred annual rate through an active automatic-renewal subscription, subject to the offer terms. Qualifying members may still earn the $240 referral renewal benefit.
Monthly Membership — $30
The flexible monthly alternative remains available at $30 per month, cancel anytime, under the applicable membership terms.
