Because it is basically 1,000 sq. ft. in a prime, upscale, glass-structured building. Used to the 3rd tallest building in Ontario west of Mississauga, with the only higher building the CN Tower and Century 21 on Main St., Hamilton. Many say it feels like a new building because of the recent improvements.
