Housing units sold on lifelease. Initial studies indicate total project cost of app. 29.2 mill. with lifelease sales of 27.8 mill and annual nursing home gross of 3.9 mill. Another breakdown shows cost of lifelease to be 20.8 mill with sales of 27.8 mill for 7 mill profit. Nursing/rec facility cost 8.3 mill with annual gross of 3.9 mill. Looking for an investor to provide capital or J.V. a multi use sports facility on 15 acres in St. Catharines. Site is app. 15 min from interim casino and has great highway exposure. Outdoor uses would include driving range, go-cart track, possibly extreme sport uses (skateboards, bikes).
