PROPERTY REQUIREMENTS:
Existing automotive service, tire installation or similar automotive use preferred
Minimum 5,000 SF building
Minimum 3 service bays
Parking / storage capacity for at least 10 vehicles
Strong preference for a main retail / commercial corridor with excellent street exposure, traffic counts and visibility
Property must include building and land - buyer is looking to purchase the real estate, not simply lease premises
TARGET MARKETS:
GTA and Greater Golden Horseshoe, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Durham, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Georgetown / Halton Hills, Hamilton, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo and Barrie.
Ottawa and strong Eastern Ontario markets will also be considered.
