In North America only licensed real estate brokers and salespeople can place real estate Have and Want messages in Database 1. See Who Can Join.
Membership is open in the rest of the world.
However where we do not have representation in North America, in a state or province or city this is waived until we have real estate brokers who can serve that area.
Principals in cases where we do not have licensed real estate broker representation can pay (regular subscription) to place message/ads but the renewal provision may not be granted once we have licensed real estate people in that area.
Only your name can appear in the message/ads.
You can not place another persons listings within your same office.
Whoever is going to make money from the sale or lease of a property must be a member.
You can advertise other brokers listings but not salespeople in your same office location. Of course you must ask their permission.
There is a special way to advertise open and exclusive listings. See #12 in the Marketing Plan included
in the Welcome Instruction Page

This is an individual membership but corporate rates are available. If your broker of record is a member or has a number of members in your office and if you your broker instructs you to use his name to get the corporate rate that is good enough for us.
